EuroFlame's wood fired pizza ovens are handmade in Portugal with all traditional elements like firebrick and refractory cement. This makes our ovens vulnerable to rough weather like rain, snow, ice, dirt and debris. Cracks in the brick and concrete can get wet and erode quickly when the oven is unprotected.
WE RECOMMEND YOU ALWAYS COVER YOUR OVEN WHEN NOT IN USE
All of EuroFlame's oven covers are very easy to use. Just lift off the chimney/cap from your oven and store those somewhere dry. Then slip the cover over the dome and you're done!
When it's time to clean your oven cover, it is best to wipe the cover clean with a damp cloth and hang it to dry. Do not machine wash or dry.
